OK - Whats up. 3 times in one day I've been outbid "At the last second" - and I've got my AS delay set to the minimum 3 seconds.

looks like the only way AS lets me win is if no one else is bidding.

Anyone have any idea what is going on?

If someone else wants the item and is willing to pay more then you, then they will win it. Using AuctionSniper just means that your bid happens as late as possible, so that you don't get into a bidding war.

If you REALLY want the item, place an AuctionSniper bid for the price you want to pay instead of perhaps a really cheap bid. If you get it... great, but if you don't then someone wanted it more than you.

(Also, don't forget that placing last-second bids is common. More people than just you and I use Auction Sniper or similar.)
