morning I have just sugned up appox 30 mins ago and have registered 2 items to snipe.
when i select my snipes they do not appear yet when i try to entry items again message states already entered any clues what I am doing wrong

On "My Snipes" page, see if for "Choose Snipes" that "Active" has been selected and for "Choose Folder" that the folder containing the snipes (typically "My Snipes") has been selected. Check out any other folders, as the snipes might have been added to a folder other than "My Snipes". If all that's good, then best to contact support via this link: http://support.auctionsniper.com/
