Has anyone had any experience in obtaining a purchased insurance refund after the auction has ended over 48 hours ago? The seller cancelled an auction I won using AS and refunded my PayPal payment, but I can't figure out how to get a refund on the insurance when the auction closed more than 48 hours ago. I assume I'm out the successful snipe charge, but I guess I'll have to to absorb that. I'm just referring to the $.90 insurance paid for a shipment that's never going to be shipped. Thanks for any input.
OK as an update I emailed support and AS refunded the snipe fee and the insurance fee. As a point of info, they said that usually the refund is initialized by the buyer leaving neutral or negative feedback for the transaction but since that scenario was not the situation I was in, that info didn't apply to me.
