When the snipe says "Ready" Does that mean that the snipe will be submitted at the right time? The reason for the question is that when I go to the tutorial it shows an example of the eBay screen and mine does not look like this so I am afraid the snipe won't work. Please someone put my mind at ease.

If it says ready, you should be ok. When does the auction end, may I ask?

WELCOME to the forum.

I use 8 seconds usually. If the auction ends very close (less than a minute) to an exact quarter hour this evening I would double that.

The screens have recently changed and they haven't updated the tutorial yet, that's why they look different. If it says Ready, you are good to go.

Good Luck, and let us know how it works out for you.

I also use 8 seconds except when it ends on an hour, half, or quarter hour.I add 10 seconds during those times. On Sunday during primetime, 5 to 8:30 pm, PST,I add 15 seconds to my 8.
