Hello, just joined and have 3 bids under AS management now.

Was unsure if it always bid my maximum price at the last second or if it looked at other bids and goes in with the lowest amount it needs to win?

Thanks

AS bids the maximum price, but eBay's proxy bidding system handles the rest. So, if you win, it will always be by the minimal amount needed, i.e., the second highest bidder + one increment. In the case of reserve auctions, the reserve must also be met. (I don't see as many reserve auctions as I used to.)

Thanks for the quick responses. Unfortunately lost the first two, but let's hope my maximum bid is sufficient next time. Wink
