does the time zone have to be in your area i'm in uk because at the moment it is showing the end date 7 hours behind but when i try to change it in my account info i put all the right stuff in but it just keeps somethings wrong so i can't change it

i mean like when your status bar says how long is left till the auction ends it says the correct date but the time that it ends is wrong will this affect the snipe put in place this is what i mean i'm in uk ebays says it should be finished at 15/03/2009 11:27:00 but auction snipe says 15/03/2009 04:27:00 but i can't seem to change my time zone because when i go to account management i put the right password in and other info it just says theres an error when theres nothing wrong so i'm just wondering will the snipe go in 7 hours early or should it not affect it thanks
