I placed a bid, like I have a few dozen times before and left the computer confident that the bid would be won, as it has been a few dozen times before.
The item was won for $5.50. I placed a $16. bid on it. Message simply says....Did not Win. I can't find any info as to WHY!
Can someone please tell me what the Heck happened?
I don't want to loose confidence in a bidding program that I have bragged to others about, but this one blew me out of the water,
Thank you

If the confirmation button next to the snipe doesn't provide a reason then try this:

I guess DCN isn't understanding how AS is working so vents his spleen here. DCN, it's not the last bid that wins, it's the highest so 3 or 7 secs makes no difference!

Hello Community,

Auction Sniper provides any new member with 3 free snipes to try our program. After that you only pay for snipes that you win. You will be charged only 1% of the item purchase price.

Also remember that competitor posting or "shill" posting is against our community rules and will be deleted.

Thanks,

Steve

I expected sniper to win an item for me and when I checked my ebay and the item was ended and there was no bids I instantly went to sniper and found it still counting down to finish time.
the item finished at 31-May-09 21:26:02 AEST and the snipe was submitted about 21:54 as I watched. The reason in sniper was "Did not win" and if I was not watching it I would have no idea why.
WHAT'S GOING ON?????? how does Auction sniper get the time wrong with other time zones???
Not happy Jan!!!!!!!

The time on My Snipes is based on your computer’s clock. AS snipes are synchronized with ebay’s clock.

You can:
1) Post link to auction and your bid amount and perhaps a user can help you.
2) Use this link: http://support.auctionsniper.com/
3) Wait for someone from support to respond to your post.
