Credited AS via paypal but cant fins where I can check AS account to verify payment

Please also note that after paying, if you still see a reminder message---click on Refresh, or close/re-open your browser: the browser cache didn‘t get refreshed. Note that pending payments and eChecks are not credited instantly. Also, please wait about 2 hours before inquiring to Tech Support about your payment: Paypal sometimes can take that long to send us the instant payment information.

I paid $5 a long time ago via paypal. Now that all my free snipes are gone your site tells me to activate the account with my CC.
I want to pay with paypal, don't have a CC (this is not like the USA here where everyone has one)

what about my $5 ? I'd love to continue sniping
