Is there an instruction somewhere that says you have to increase the number of similar items you want to win in a bid group? I wanted to snipe two similar items that ended early in the morning 6am-7am, so I put them into a bid group I had used before that was set at one, (because I only wanted one of them) and was waiting to win at least one. Instead both snipes were cancelled and I lost my chance at winning either one. (These were not hotly contested items, either!

That bid group had already won an item. So of course adding items to it will result in those items being canceled. If we didn't cancel them then you'd win more than the 1 item and thus it wouldn't be working how bid groups are meant to work.

One of the features on our wishlist is an error message that wouldn't let you add items to bidgroups that have already won the # of items you requested they win.

Thanks, Sara. Luckily I talked to the seller and she will be offering the same or similar items in the near future, so it's not a total loss. (I hope) So do you have to make a totally new bid group or just adjust the number to win on it?

Either will work, but I'd create a new bidgroup just to be safe.
