Hi guys I just found this useful tool have not used it yet. My Question is the item I was bidding on had a high bid of $65.00 so I waited till about a minute left and put a bid of $72.17 and about 5 sec left was outbid by $73.17 only a dollar more to the exact cent. How? did they know my exact amount.
Thanks Dave

Hi thanks Rick for your help. I have another question when using Auction Sniper the snipe bid I place will that be the one thats posted. Ex. I put a snipe bid in at 1 minute left for $99.13 but the auction is at $90.00 at the last seconds would the $99.13 be the bid thats posted or would it be the next highest bid to win the auction like $91.00 thanks again for your help.

AS will bid $99.13, and in this example ebay will determine you won the item for $91. But, the $90 auction amount at the time of your snipe might not be the full bid. The high bid (proxy bid) might be higher, and probably is. If the high bidder's proxy bid is $100, then no goodies for you.
