I'm in Europe. When AS support say that their system will be down from, for example, 11am to 1pm - what time zone are they talking about please? Thanks

So, given it's nearly 4am in LA, AS should be working by now - according to the last Support post. Hmmmm.

Looks like the staff, all or part, is doing an all-nighter to change sites, and they could be running low on coffee, and perhaps Starbucks hasn't opened. And, since this isn't something (change cololcation sites) they have practiced, perhaps they were a tad bit too optimistic is their estimate of the amount of time it would take. Not sure, but I suspect they'll be posting something soon, or be back online.
