Im looking to bid on something on Ebay UK so when i put in my snipe amount in my "snipe it now" window, am i putting in US dollars or UK pounds?

Ok so just to be clear the amount i put in is the amount in GPB so $15 is, 15 USD or 15 GPB or 15 Euro.

If the auction price on eBay is listed as dollars, then whatever amount you enter into Auction Sniper is in dollars. If it is listed on eBay as GBP, then whatever amount you enter here is in pounds sterling. If it is in Euros, then whatever amount you enter is in Euros. And so on.
