Can I move a snipe to a bid group. When I select a move to, the bid groups do not show

Hi
You can move any snipe into a Bid Group by clicking it's checkbox, choosing a Bid Group to move the snipe into, and then clicking "Move" on the Action Toolbar.
If the Bid Group does not appear, this means that it is inactive. A Bid Group becomes inactive when the specified number of items have already been won within this group.

AS is the greatest thing. Problem is, Bid Groups does not work for me. Trying to add from MY snipes, I get the "less than two minutes apart" explanation for failure to add them, when they are two DAYS apart. Trying to add them directly, I get either the "in ebay motors, we're working on this" failure (OK. They are working on it.) OR "successfully added" when it is NOT added at all. (By the way, I'm on Mac. OS 10.1. Explorer.) Can anyone help?
