I got a notification when I logged into my AS account a couple days ago that told me that I would receive two free snipes if I signed up for a new eBay service you guys just launched (which I forgot the name of and cannot find anywhere on this site). Well, I signed up but I don't have my two free snipes. What's wrong?

I think they've been passing the snipes out once a month. Give it some time.

Don’t want to discourage any potential BM customer, but my understanding is that Buyer Manager will charge you a fee for each auction you win, even if you don’t use any of it’s features for that auction. Wasn’t sure everyone was aware of that, and that might have changed, and there's always the possibility that I'm wrong.

A member will be charged for ALL wins, even a manual bid.
