WEll I've have been using sniper for several years but not recently. I signed on and found the new "Auction Sniper" . Ok, used my three free, put $15.00 in my activa (?) and could not snipe. OK then put Credit Card in to pay for a $0.29 auction that I won after my three free ones ??? and prior to what I wanted to snipe today. I can't snipe, OK registered, re-registered, checked payments checked balances (showed paypal $$) and got a snipe (and won), now I want to do a second snipe and can't get anything in, does not show the paypal $$ and still have the $0.29 balance showing, put in credit card # and still can't snipe. I give up.

If your $0.29 balance is less than 1% of your highest bid price on the item, then I would suppose that it wouldn't let you snipe. If $0.29 is still less than 1% of your highest bid price then I have no idea.
