I'm trying to change user name and password to match what I use for ebay and auction snipe will not accept the name and password. How do I change with auction snipe

After you submit it try closing your computer and reloading. Sometimes that works.

Normally, on the My Snipes page click on Modify Account and change it there. If that's not working then raise a support call by clicking on Help tab!

However, not sure if you can change your ID there as it is the id that is used by you to log onto AS. If no luck then re-register with AS with your new ID - you'll get three free snipes and all should be well. Hooray!

I had the same problem. And the sick thing is, I took the advice above, and I rebooted my computer and then I could change my password! VERY STRANGE...
