Same here - I'm receiving no email notifications at all: no outbid, no bid too low, nothing. In fact, after the auctions end & I've not won, the items aren't moving from Active Snipes to Ended Snipes - they just sit there with the yellow banner saying I've out bid, but the time says 'ended on xxxxx'

It's been about 3-4 days now it seems..

Same here. no email notifications at all.

Even worse, my bids are not being placed. Apparently there are 'program' problems. This is the reply I received from technical support when I opened a suport case concerning my bids not being place by auctionsniper.

"We apologize for your inconvenience, but we are experiencing some difficulties with the program, due to which the snipes are not showing correct information and are not working properly. However it‘s being worked on and will soon be fixed.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this caused you.

Well, that explains why my 5 winning bidgroup bids were not placed! Also why the bids just sit there and no emails. Come On Guys!! I checked the News and Announcements for status!! Let's get this problem in there so people can deal with the situation!!!

I just started using AuctionSniper and have never gotten an email... until today. I finally got one. However, I lost a bid that AuctionSniper should have bid on for me and the item still says ready in the status.

At least it's not just me.
