I have been unable to import since the 24th. I filed a support request, and so far I've had no response. This is the second widespread malfunction in a month. Yikes!
I can't calculate how much I've benefitted from the amazing AS effectiveness and accuracy, and the other incredibly useful features, and I am a 100% grateful and committed fan!
I've said it before: the service is so good, I have come to rely on it in many ways. The only way I can know that a disruption isn't an indication of something serious, is if you tell me.

My confirmation link still isnt working, but Sam shed some light on the problem for me. Pity it wasnt good news. I really wanted THAT iPod of course. Actually I didnt particularly have to have that one, it was just in my price range.
Have you actually sniped something to have a *confirmation* link Mrs M? My *You Won* and *Bid to Low* confirmation links are working. Its the others that havent been.
R2 - I havent bothered using my lately. I havent done a support case for that error I got the other day.
