I appologize for the trouble, it has been corrected.

One of our switches failed. A switch is the central piece of computer equipment into which all info flows into or out of a website. It has been corrected and we are very closing monitoring it in case it needs to be replaced with our backup equipment.

I had a snipe that should have fired during the outage. It is still sitting "Ready" in my list. It is locked. It does not show any status and I can not delete it. How do I get rid of it?

I'm not really sure. One of the programmers will likely have to look into it. It should be resolved tomorrow. Since we've never had an equipment failure like that I'm not sure it was programmed in to handle such a scenario. That's about the only thing I can figure.

I'll have them check it out first then when they come in.

Ok, the locked snipes that didn't go off is fixed. Our system checked and updated the status as well.
