I experienced the same thing. This is the first time I have used this service, and the last. I put in a max bid of $349. The item sold for $250. I watched and waited while AS did nothing. 30 minutes later, the status is still showing READY. What is the point of this service if it is not 100% reliable? There is no recourse or redress for AS not doing what they advertise they say they will do. It is simply not good enough.

I will admit this is the only time AS has failed for me. I think they upgraded their servers and still have some bugs to work out.
