I had two items in a bid group and the first expired without me winning it and now both of the snips are in cancelled status.

I had a qty of 1 for the big group.

Also can not find any information about the cancelled status.

Is that enough information for anyone to have any ideas?

Are you 're-using' an existing bid group where you already won an item? If so, you would need to up the number of wins.

I always recommend deleting bid groups once you've obtained the item ... then create a new bid group for any new bids.
