I am trying to log in to AS to amend my snipes but just get redirected to the main login page - even from the secure login page - login is not registered - and yes the typing is correct and num and caps lock correctly set - checked by logging onto ebay.

Is this a temporary site glitch that others are also noticing or has something nasty happened to my a/c do you reckon?

Same things happening for me. I thinkn it's broke.

Try going into Internet setting and then privacy , set this to medium and try to log in again, mne was nt working but i did this and it is now.

Same thing happening for me, tried for ten minutes to log in. Gave up, switched off, came back 10 mins later and got logged in first go. Glitch ?

AS, I believe trys to do any of their things during the same period.
Maybe this was the problem?

This is a fairly standard issue, in that it occurs most/all Friday AM's (AS is down when ebay is down and snipes for that downtime will be placed as proxy bids). There's some discussion that AS will post a status page when it's down, but no word on when that will happen.

He appears to be in a seriously serious union – I’m serious. Looks like the photographer forgot to say, “Say cheeeeese!!!” I wonder if that is considered a good mood for them, or did they just attend a Dixie Chicks’ concert? Just in case, after all this jollity, someone wondered what had happened re the original post...

I tried again after about 30 mins and cleared all characters with additional delete keyings in all fields and it finally worked - whether then recovered or just temporarily suffering from invisible character insertions within apparanetly empty fields (I have known this) I cannot tell - but it now works and I am once more a happy sniper!

The Friday morning maintenance was at least PART of your problem. Every Friday morning between 1 and about 3 AM (California time) the site goes down. I have no doubt it will happen again this coming Friday
