I won an item through Auction Sniper and then opted to purchase shipping insurance. When I did, I was brought to a screen that instructed me to e-mail the insurance confirmation to the seller. The seller is not sure that he is supposed to do with this information and I'm not sure how it works either. What is the seller/shipper supposed to do with the confirmation I sent him and how does this work?
Not seen that before Rosemary - I take out the insurance only when buying from USA as it's cheap and easy - never made a claim though. I guess you best bet is to ask AS Support via the Help tab...
