I have been unable to sign in to AS this morning (I'm on GMT).

I have tried two computers which I use regularly for AS and which have the password saved and don't normally ask for it, and I have tried a third machine which I have never used for AS before.

As soon as I try to go to the 'my snipes' page it reve3rts to the main page with 'please log in' above the Sign in box, but when I try to do so it reverts back to the same point with no other error message.

I logged out of Ebay and back in manually to check that my Ebay id was still working and had no problems with it, so I am using the correct username/password combination.

Has anybody any suggestions, please ?

Oops - sorry for the duplicate posting - there was nothing posted when I reviewed the forums and I started typing my post. But I was called away from the system before I completed it and simply posted when I returned without checking if anybody had posted it in the interval.

I'm having exactly the same problems, as is someone else that's posted here. I'm also in GMT, have been logging in fine with the saved password, yet today nada.

I've even tried to register again, but it just knocks me back to the main page.

I can't log in either. It's 05:45 EST. Same error as you have described above. Checked ID + Pwd in eBay - which works fine.

It's the same every Friday morning from 1am-3am. That is when we do our weekly maintenance and database backups.

Is that 1am to 3am GMT? PST? BST? You haven't said but you obviously think we're all in the same time-zone as you!

Johnsl, what happens is this - when AS are doing their maintenance, logging in has no effect and you're just sent to the main page.

How hard can it be to put up a message telling people what is going on? It's been asked for before but not implemented. Remember, AS, not everyone works on USA time so your overnight maint. will impact on people in other parts of the world!!!
