I've been trying to update my AS account with my new eBay password, and every time I enter the new password, it tells me that it's invalid. I know that it is valid, because I'm using it on eBay right now. It's not an issue with caps lock or anything like that. What's going on?

Try deleteing cookies or go off and reload your computer. Sometimes this does the trick.

Don't do it here on the forum, but if you file a support case at:
http://support.auctionsniper.com/
you will be able to tell them what you're current AS password is and what you're trying to change it to.

Haven't seen the problem mentioned lately on the forum, but could be caused by a minor change at eBay. (they are constantly fiddling with things)

Also if you've tried this a number of times without success, (or tried to snipe without success) you may have triggered eBay extra security. Can you sign off eBay and back on in the normal way? If not, you are stuck with it till tomarrow as they will only reset it once each night.

perhaps your userId with us is also wrong then too. Both your eBay userId with us and password must be the same as with eBay.
