Sorry, I don't know what you mean.

What was your lead time?

Lead time was 5 seconds. The Auction passed, and the bid was never made.

Was this the 1st time you used this bid group?

While I wait for your answer, I'll do some more research. Maybe Steve is around.

I used "Snipe it now". I did not do anything with bid groups, just placed the snipe as I have done before

Didn't you post the following: "6/21/2003 5:08:01 PM folder/bidgroup"

Was your bid amount 45.01?

Well, you got me on this one. Your lead time was a little lower then I would have used, but it should have been OK.

I can only give you 3 ideas:
1) Wait for someone else to come to this forum and do a better job of helping you.
2) click here to file a support case: http://support.auctionsniper.com/
3) click here for a free snipe for the one missed: http://www.auctionsniper.com/freeSnipes.aspx

Sorry I couldn't help you. Frown Frown Frown

We missed some snipes from about 5pm until 5:30pm today.

You can get some free snipes at this url:
http://www.auctionsniper.com/freeSnipes.aspx

I appologize, it was an error on our end that caused the site to be knocked down.

Thank you
