I have my preferences set so that snipes are to be placed 7 seconds before the auction ends, but for the last three or four snipes the bids have been placed from 18 to 22 seconds before the auction ended?

I sent an email to support about this and just now I see I have two free snipes. I appreciate the gesture, but would really like to have the problem resolved.

The title of this forum is "Auction Sniper Support". The discussion forums are located elsewhere on the site.

If you had read my original post you would know I have contacted AS support, and am still waiting for a response.

Tell you what - if you had read the other postings on these message boards then you'd have seen your question had been answered over and over again. Hopefully you'll now go and look for the answer...

Oh, and email AS Support and complain that this forum should have its name changed as calling it Auction Sniper Support implies that AS Support lurk here and reply to questions - they don't!
