Several weeks ago I read something on the eBay boards about a new eBay tool. Apparently it's now possible for sellers to block international bidders from their US only auctions, block bidders with unpaid items, and block bidders with a negative feedback score. Could this have something to do with some of the complaints we've had lately about snipes not going through? It's in eBay's Buyer Management, Buyer Block Preferences. Here's a link:

It says "coming soon," but it's dated August 9th and I think I remember someone saying that they were using it.

Great snooping, Falcon! I had not read that.Guess only those that have had the problem will know if they fit into one of these molds!

It also says that the barred bidder will get a message telling them why they've been excluded so I guess AS could report back with the reason...

As can be seen from another post I placed on the support forum, I recently had a snipe blocked but no reason was given.
