Hope you get systems up and running better. I have lost 3 items in the last wk. To late to bother with now.

It's kind of hard for Adam to address any problems you're having if you don't describe them.
I've won 18 auctions in the last 3 days alone using AS. It seems to be working perfectly. The only 1 I didn't win was due to a problem with eBay and not AS.
Try to explain the situation. I guarentee Adam will try his best to fix any legitimate issues.

I took a look and the last two snipes you have lost were "Not In Time." One snipe was set with a 2 second lead time, which we do not recommend at all. The other, however, was at 5 seconds which we do recommend.
Was Auction Sniper at fault? If you take a look at the snipe confirmations you will see that your snipes were sent to eBay exactly when they were susposed to. But eBay did not receive them in time. After we send eBay your bid, there is nothing else we can do. This is why we have a page describing the risks of sniping:
Due to factors like internet traffic or eBay server problems, we cannot gaurantee that your snipe is placed on time, but 99% of all snipes at 5 seconds are placed perfectly.
Sniping is not foolproof. It is a game, and if your willing to play it you must be willing to accept the risks.

I understand the reasons for failure. I do not post auction #'s for the obvious reason. You found my records. I know systems fail. No blame just fact.Murphy's Law applies here also.

I have been using A.S. since 11/01...I think A.S. is a great program..!!! Using the program is like anything else....You learn from your mistakes..!!!!! I've won over 20 auctions using A.S. I've lost some auctions because of my own inexperience...Not AuctionSniper.. I just keep on sniping...and taking advantage of the help one can get from the posting forums and Sniper Support... granitz/Carol

I was wondering what the success rate is for those using a 4 second lead time. The reason I ask is because 5 seconds are reccomended, the only problem I see with that is possibly the person who is trying to outbid me may be using this same service. If both our snipe times are the same then it's possible the other could win the item. Also, I am currently the high bidder on a few auctions, does the item get sniped "only" in the event that someone else goes in and outbids me? In other words, if I am the current high bidder and no one else bids, does sniper still bid the maximum?

I agree with all that it is not an A.S. error I have won I believe 10 bids all with a 3 second lead and the ones I have lost were due to not changing my bid to a higher amount I have sinced learn to put my absolut highest bid into A.S so that if I do loose I know I tried my hardest But so far A.S. has been the best thing to happen to my Auction addiction. So Nitro please give A.S another try otherwise you will have to hope we are not bidding on the same item in the future as I feel that I will always win with A.S. unless I bid to low.
