Hi, is anyone still having problems adding a snipe. I have tried all ways to place snipes with no success.

I've never had a problem.
(except Friday mornings between 1 and 3 AM)

You might check My Snipes and click the Balance link. If you've run out of free snipes you may need to add money to your balance or update credit card number/expiration date?

If it's not something simple like that, file a support case from the help page (very bottom).

Welcome to our forum! Not sure exactly what your problem is, but my Snipe It Now has had a problem. I have to keep deleting it and reinstalling it to keep it working. So, it has become simpler to just go to my My Snipe site and add the snipes!

Try Import Wizard - working for me.

Hi, thank you for your reply's. I have looked at my balance and that is O.K I have checked all of my details and they are up to date. I have tried using import wizard and snipe it now without success. I have been using auction sniper for over a year now and never had a problem. Don't know what to try next.
