I have used this system for a while with no problems, recently though I have had twp sellers refuse to sell the items, is there any sniper refund system for this type of case?

What reason did these numpties give for not selling?

Hi Reason one was thrown it away, they then started a dispute for non payment!!!! When I told e-bay what happened it suddenly became in storage. Still would not sell and then asked me to withdraw negative feedback- which I only left after they did to me!!
Second was already sold item and could not remove from listing.
