Prices are updated and email notifications sent daily during the first few days of any auction, and then sooner towards then.
Perhaps they just haven't been there long enough. What status would you expect to see instead of "ready?" "Bid too low?" Thank you |

Yes, I would expect the red "Bid Too Low" status to warn me of non-winning snipes. That particualr snipe has been there for several days, and ends in less than an hour, so I would think that the system would have time to get up to date...

I, too, am disappointed with AS's new problems with the site. I stopped sniping with AS for a while, waiting for the problems to be fixed.The page insists on showing all, even old snipes, when I have set it to show only current "ready to snipe" items. The page does not keep up with the current bid of an item when I select to show the detials. A few weeks ago, after the site was down and I lost some auctions because of it, I was told it would all be fixed very soon. Well...NOT. When will things be working properly again? A new problem is that, frequently, when I attempt to make a change to a bid amount or reload the page, I get an error message and the page refuses to make the changes.

molymay, How are you?
I've been checking out your account and you have defaulted the view for "All you items" which of course shows you all the item, including the ones are ended. However, when I chose "Ready to snipe", only the ones with status "Ready" showed up, which is in my understanding the correct behaivour. You can change you default view by clicking on "Modify Account". Regarding the current bid, as you may understand, doing that update requieres to go to eBay and get the bid, we didn't want to do it automatically because it would be to slow for people in modem conexions, so we decided that will only get updated by clicking the "Update items info" link. The problem with editing was supposed to be fixed. Please let me know if is happening again and if it is, I would appreciate if you filed a support case with the steps to reproduce (To file a support case go to: http://support.auctionsniper.com).
