Try shutting down your computer and then logging back in. If that doesn't work , wait for Sara or contact support. Of course, first try reentering them and check to make sure it is correct and not in the wrong case.

Are your payment methods setup with AS? If yes, I just don't know. Wait for Sara to see this, but also send an email to support right away! Frown

I wish I could help more. Mine did this once, but it was at login and the next day it was ok. Hopefully Sara will pop in soon. She usually does. I still would email support, even though, Sara will probably be faster! Wink

Sara

may pop in and look at this for you. You can also place a support request by clicking >>HERE<<, but they may not see it till Monday. Don't know if they work the weekends.

Sorry that's the best >I< can do for you. Frown

The support case is it. You can't email Sara. She will come into the forum and answer you here. Just keep checking back. Normally she is here a time or two everyday.

Never mind them... (it was a private joke)

Not much more to offer, but you might try re-entering password on AS.

I just tried this with my account, and it worked.

AS password can be changed by hitting 'My Snipes' tab.
Click 'Modify Account'
Enter and verify password
Hit Enter Key

If password is incorrect, AS will tell you. If correct it will take you to My Snipes page. Once there, Hit the 'Update Prices' button.

OK now ?
