AuctionSniper Sign-up page not finding eBay username

After I fill out the registration form and click "Try Auction Sniper for free!" the form validation says "The Following data is missing or is not accurate: eBay Username".

I have verified my username is av-technology and have also verified my password.

I am unable to sign up because of this.

Please help?
