I am sure this was probably caused by the switch outage, but I have two snipes in my snipes queue that are locked and that the auctions have already ended. Even the check box is greyed out. How can I remove them? Thanks!

I agree. I'm not really sure what to do. One of the programmers will likely have to look into it.

It should be resolved tomorrow. Since we've never had an equipment failure like that I'm not sure it was programmed in to handle such a scenario. That's about the only thing I can figure.
I'll have them check it out first then when they come in.

Ok, the locked snipes that didn't go off is fixed. Our system checked and updated the status as well.
