I haven't used AS in quite a while. Yesterday when I logged in, it would not find or import any of my watches. Finally, I input manually the one snipe I wanted by the number and it displayed the correct item and set the snipe was set. This morning I see it never bid for me. I see no record of any bid at all. I can however, import watches this morning. Was there a problem yesterday or did I do something wrong, I never had a problem before this.

Try clicking on the confirmation button next to the snipe. That should give you the message that ebay returned if AS tried to place the snipe but couldn't. If that doesn't help, best to contact the actual support staff using this:
