Hello.

For about two weeks my father has been unable to sign into his account (123-bigdon). He is not the most computer literate person so I'm helping him out.

The PROBLEM:
It's not a DNS issue (I use openDNS), I have used multiple computers running multiple OS (Mac OSX, Ubuntu, Linux Mint). I have tried to sign in at other geographical locations other then my own to no avail.

I have also tried to recover my details via my email address

The RESULT:
The site remains unresponsive, and doesn't sign in. Eventually timing out. I created this dummy account (which signs in fine) because I couldn't even launch a support request. I also used the same email address for this account as 123-bigdon (just in case we needed to prove ownership).

Help would be much appreciated.

I just successfully signed in to the account in question. Is your father using the correct password?

You should be able to access the customer support form without signing in to an account. Here is the link http://support.auctionsniper.com/.

Please let me know if you can't access the customer support form using that.
