Does the "Display Timezone" option in an AS profile have any bearing on the time a snipe is placed? ie. does it use the time zone in your profile when placing a bid?

I've not used AS for a while, and as the clocks have gone back a few hours since I last used it, I don't want to miss the auction end.
I'm assuming that UTC -00:00 (GMT, London, Dublin, Casablanca), and ticking the "Adjust for Daylight Savings Time" box is the right settings for a UK person.
I know this may be a daft question, but just want to make sure.

Thanks for the help Rick, but the only thing on that page is;

quote:
How do you ensure that your clock is synchronized with eBay's?

We synchronize with an atomic clock which calibrates our servers. We also monitor eBay's response times and compensate automatically. So rest assured that we are doing all we can and are giving you the highest chance of winning because of our automatic adjustments to compensate for eBay's current speed.

That just means Auction Snipers time is correct. As they bid on US, UK, Dutch, and other countries auctions, it doesn't explain if they use the timezone from my profile in order to know when to bid on an auction for me.
Or is it simply because i'm registered with AS they know it's a UK auction so know which time zone to use.

Neither. Based on the auction end time. You need do nothing about zones, times, clocks, profiles, worm holes, or black holes, but avoid neutron stars
