I setup an 3 auctions in a group and when I came back to look for them they were all gone. It looks like they were deleted. I can not find them anywhere or any reason for them to be gone. Any ideas as to what I might have done?

Click 'My Snipes' tab
Where is says 'Choose Snipes: Active Ended Won Lost Today All'
  click on 'All'
Next to 'Choose Folder' select 'All Snipes'

Your won/lost snipes should now show up. If this was a bid group folder remaining snipes are deleted after you win the number desired so they are gone.

It was a bid group and all were deleted and I had not one an any auctions yet. I have ended up bidding manualy on the items. It keeps deleting my items in the group.

Are you trying to re-use a bid group? Once you have won the number desired, remaning snipes are deleted. You should delete a bid group once you are finished with it, and create a new one for the next item(s) you want to win.

Delete a bid group:
Click My Snipes tab
Click Manage Bid Groups
Click the word 'delete' by the bidgroup.

Create a new bid group:
Click My Snipes tab
Click Manage Bid Groups
Enter Folder name (and discription if desired)
Choose Color
Make sure Bid Group Folder is checked
Enter the number of items you want to win
Click Create

I collect three different kinds of dishes, two we inherited and one I chose. I use them all regularly on my table - one for everyday, one for Sunday dinner or semi-special days, and one for the big occasions - so once in a while something gets dinged or broken. I recently had to replace an everyday platter, so I set up a bid group and scored on my first or second shot. The rest of the group disappeared from My Snipes. I knew it was a recent change over the previous protocol of keeping them on snipe list, but as Cancelled instead of Ready. OK. No big deal either way, I guess.

Here's the quirk in the system. A day or two later, I decided to get another service for 12 of my everyday pattern, partly to have enough to leave a full set of one of my patterns to each of my kids, and partly because I saw a service for 12 going for a really great price. Anyway, then I wanted to add another set of the serving pieces, too, so tried to snipe a platter, and got the message about "You are already sniping this item." I had to go in and delete my old bid group before I could snipe it again.

So, apparently the data from the bid groups is still stored with AS as always. It only disappears from the display of snipes listed. Interesting.
