This is HOPELESS. Delighted to get a free trial, I entrusted AS with a bid that was really important to me - and it completely failed to do anything. Then I couldn't even get through to the AS site for over an hour. The lost bid report says it 'cannot confirm reason' why no bid went through.
I have now changed my ebay password and wont ever EVER be using AS again.

Me again - I see my message has popped up as having been left at about 11am. It's actually seven at night. Hmm.

The forum is maintained by a different company called Groupee. Any info you’ve provided to your AS account isn’t available to the forum’s server. Not that it sounds that it will make much difference, but to change time zones, you would need to have clicked on “Go” (right above your first post), then “My Space”, then “Preferences”. There you would have seen “My Time Display”.
