I'm an occasional use of AS. I last tried to login a few months ago but gave up after repeated attempts over a number of hours. Now I am trying again and I still cant login. Nothing happens after hitting the Sign In button. Tried setting up a new account but the "submit" button on that page does not work either. Managed to fire off a Support Request - All the suggestions that came back I had already tried, without success. Now the reply button in the link sent in the support email does not work either, i.e. hitting the "Add message" button does nothing so I cant reply/follow up on the support message! In all cases I get a timed out/connection failure message after a few minutes. Have tried signing in using a Mac (Firefox and Safari) and on a PC (Internet explorer) - no luck with any of them.

Well - s/he'll get more support by trying again than he'll get here. Trouble is, the 1st line support know nowt! So pester them so that the experts get involved...
