Servers out of whack 1/27, supposedly A-OK 1/28, 1/29 our of whack again leaving us without access, ability to check snipes, modify snipes, cancel snipes, or list new snipes. When will management realize that their IT team is incompetent & replace them? I've used Auction Sniper for a long time but this recent unreliability will probably force me to use another snipe service.

Nope - still not working. You'd think they'd put a big banner up saying so rather than pretending all is fine. I suspect they're deleting the 100's of postings from all the users saying it's not working to help with the deception.

What happened? My bid was not placed although it was properly shown on my bid summary. It is item #200203824326 and sold to unknown bidder for much less than my bid.
