...That's the msg I get trying to snipe adult/mature items. Curious it sniped the first one, then all subsquent items I try to snaipe fails with the above msg.

Pleanty of time left in the auction...etc.

This issue is being caused by an image verification step called a “captcha” that eBay has added to the "Mature Audiences" log-in process. This extra security step is not added to every "Mature Audiences" log-in attempt so it appears eBay is testing this behavior on only a portion of their servers, which also explain why, if you attempt to add a given "Mature Audiences" snipe repeatedly, it will go through eventually.

This image verification step is something we cannot bypass so we can only hope that eBay decides to roll back its implementation. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to correct this problem at this time...if eBay decides to do away with this image verification step during the "Mature Audiences" log-in process, Auction Sniper will be able to be used effectively for items listed in that category again. However, if they decide to impose this added step on all "Mature Audiences" listings, Auction Sniper will no longer be a feasible solution for placing automated bids on items listed in eBay‘s "Mature Audiences" categories.

Thanks for the link. It contains some very interesting information although, after reading some of the reviews, I'm not sure how reliable of a source "Vladuz" is, to say the least. I'll pass this information over to our engineering team so they can assess whether this tool may help develop a solution to this problem.

A few weeks have elapsed since we received the most recent report of this nature so I decided to conduct some testing on this topic, and I've found that snipes can be added to items listed in eBay's "Mature Audiences" categories once again. Therefore, it looks like eBay may have decided to roll back on the changes they were experimenting with.
