Hey there,

I now gave you a week to get your new back-end glitches fixed -- and I'm now getting a little bit impatient.

As a well paying customer, I would expect a much better Quality assurance or at least smoother transitions when you have to change your back-end for whatever reason.

What still is broken:

- Umlauts display as crap characters (try sniping ebay.de items)
- Snipe Calendar does not work
- Extended Info does not work
- "Yesssss!" does not play any longer
- I don't stay logged in as I used to
- I can't set email preference to text, always reverts to HTML which sucks due to missing headers
- There is no "no thumbnail" pic any longer, looks cluttered
- "Modify bid" no longer opens in a seperate window. This can be annoying in long item lists and should be optional, to be set in MyAccount

I hope you get this resolved soon

View extended info is working again.

The way is working now you should always see your seller. The current price you also see but is not always accurate, so by hitting "Update items info" this field will be updated.

and I agree--the lack of a smooth transition has really irritated me after a week of this nonsense. I too am a well-paying customer and I am really aggravated at this point. Todays outage-with-no-notification-via-email was almost the last straw for me.

I just double checked, it is working now.
Your dedication in debugging is appreciated and makes me staying for now. However, next time look for /some/ beta testers on a paid service.
