Everytime I try to enter a snipe I get a error message that I'm not connected to the Internet or there is a problem with AS's website. Tried signing on and off, went to my snipes page and tried with no sucess. AS hasn't answered my email.

AS usually responds to support requests in a timely manner. They are in California, so perhaps they are sleeping in.

Sorry Mark, hadn't noticed the spelling error when I registered witht e "Community." The account is DNJZRESTORATIONS. Today I can't even sign into AS. Everything I try returns "Not connected to the Internet". Tried having my password emailed to me, just in case there was a mispelling there, and again "Not connected to the Internet." I've been a long time user and been extremely sucessful with AS. I also deleted the link and re-entered the link with no success. Yesterday, I gave up and went to Bidsnapper with no problem and won 2 auctions.

Hi again,

That is odd. It sounds like something in your browser or local network setup has AS flagged. Have you changed and browser settings or noticed any other changes recently that might indicate changes involving your ISP?

I am going to send you an email directly with some other questions and some instructions about diagnostics. Please keep an eye out for that and we can go from there.

BINGO!!!!!!! Cleared the cache. Tested AS, it's working again. Thanks so much for your help and thank Steve as well. Back to AS dropping Bidsnapper.
