Thanks that's worth knowing about. I get

"General Notice
We are currently unable to verify your username and password. This could be a temporary connection problem to eBay from our website servers. Our sniping service has multiple server locations, so even if you can not verify from the website at this time, your snipes should still be placed. If this problem persists, please contact support via the 'help' tab"

I have let them know from your link, many thanks

Hi Community,

Thanks for helping to bring this issue to our attention. There appears to be something amiss on our end that has caused the import wizard to cease functioning. Our technical team is currently investigating this situation and will have it resolved as soon as possible.

I will post further updates on this situation to this thread as additional information becomes available. Thanks for understanding!

-Mike

The problem with the import wizard is there again. Since two days I can't import any watches or snipes using the import wizard.

Same problem here, no watched items showing up when I click import. Looks like the same eBay beta issues, only this time around I'm not in the beta group. So this is a new problem then?

Yes. Been like an elevator since early this AM, with it mostly down.

Thanks, glad to know its not just me this time. Hope this is resolved soon, but glad that the snipe it now option still works so I can at least manually add them.

Has this problem been sorted? I am writing more than 2 months after the problem has been reported. I am in Australia running a Mac with OSX10.5. For the last few years I have had no problem importing my snipes but now it is always blank - no matter what browser I use IE, Safari, Netscape, Firefox - they are all the same - no result. I have verified my account. I can add items manually but this is frustrating. Can anyone advise on how to fix? Or is this with the IT crew to correct? Cheers Matt

Import Wizard still doesn't work. AuctionSniper used to be a responsive, customer-centric business - clearly those days have gone. Time to find a different snipe provider, one that works. Too bad
