When the auction is about to end, you may notice that a lock will replace the Cancel and Modify links. Yes, I understand and have read that...However, the modify and cancel buttons were replaced with a delete button. I may be wrong in thinking that it means I could delete the snipe before it fired.
I am not upset about this just curious as I have never really tried to delete a snipe that close to the end.
You can delete the snipe anytime up to 3 minutes. This is one nice thing over using a proxy on Ebay that you must live with once it is set. Once it is past the three min. mark, it goes to the sites to be sent to Ebay.
I was trying to delete one with a little more than 1 min to go and it said I could not.
