My Snipe It Now link has stopped working. Pop-ups are not blocked, and I've tried deleting the link and reinstalling, but still nothing.

Any suggestions? I'm having to open AS separately for every snipe now.

Email support via help tab - they're bound to be able to solve it (ignore their initial cut-n-paste suggestion to delete all cookies though!).
