Last week I ordered additional snipes thru Pay Pal. Pay Pal shows the amount paid to "Auctiva" at paypal@auctionsniper.com. However I still cannot set up a snipe since I am "out of free snipes". How can I solve this problem?

Another option is to refer someone and get some more free snipes, but that might not happen in time.

I have been having the exact same problem...unable to snipe, as it says I am out of snipes???...but in the last few days I have added to my account from paypal 3 different times...everytime I try to use it, it still gives me the Im out of snipes messgae in red..

In my paypal account, it shows where AS recieved it, so I dont have a clue whats going on??? My AS account says the money is not there??? Can anyone please help? Thanks

What has happened to my Paypal transfers to Auctiva.
They have not appeared as credit, but have definitely gone from my account at Paypal!!!
Is AS taking my money or what.
I demand answers...
It is not good enough to have to link a Credit card to my account to operate here.
Fix this problem immediately please.
Many others have this same issue but cannot log in to protest as AS does not seem to accept their log-ins due to the sensitivity of this matter.

There are NO answers coming from AS help to this issue.

Unless you'd prefer we discuss your account on the boards here. In which case please give me your eBay email address, eBay userid, paypal email address and the paypal transaction #, amounts paid, etc.
