Sniper In Training
Posted
This is more for the Auction Sniper support than for the Community, but any comments are welcome. For some time now, about 2/3rds of the time I have a snipe bid placed, Auction Sniper will place two duplicate bids for the same amount at the same time. Lately, it is nearly every time. I now have had some sellers email me asking how I am doing this. I don't wish them to know I am using a sniper program and most of them have been doing this long enough to know this is not possible by bidding manually. Is there any way to get this fixed by Auction Sniper? Is anyone else having this problem?

AS places redundant snipes from multiple servers, just in case something is wrong with one or more of the servers. There has been some cases where 4 snipes appeared on the bid history, all of the same amount and at the same time. Ebay’s software is suppose to prevent multiple bids for the same amount.

Here’s AS’ support: http://support.auctionsniper.com/

Make that "one case", as it's only been posted on this forum once.

And, sometimes the best answer to a question is no answer.
